Sian was amazingly helpful and super patient through the whole process. She simplified all the things to consider when selecting the diamond and clarified some misconceptions that exist. She is refreshingly down to earth about the whole thing but clearly very passionate about the design side and making sure the ring is perfect.

I could not recommend her enough it only took a few emails and a phone call and I ended up with a stunning engagement ring customised to my partners preferences and all for a better price than I would have to pay at a mainstream retailer.

Sian is not only an extremely talented designer but also greatly passionate for her craft, her clients, and providing a seamless process. I'm based in Christchurch New Zealand and found out about Bert through her Instagram. My fiancee and I were tentative about getting a ring made by someone who we couldn't meet in person.
