Shipping Information

Bert Jewellery ship domestic orders via Australia Post, registered and trackable, however, we do like to ensure safe collection of our jewellery, therefore, Sydney customers may collect their order from Bert Jewellery in person, within Bondi Beach or a suitable Sydney Metro location. We also ship worldwide, International express shipping is via FedEx. You will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number and details of how to track. Express international shipping takes between 3-5 days to Europe and USA.

Duties & Taxes

Bert Jewellery has no control over duties, including customs and import taxes and these are the responsibility of the customer. Bert Jewellery is not responsible for any charges incurred by the recipient country and relevant import laws, duties and taxes may be payable. The recipient is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Delivery & Returns / Exchanges

All of our pieces are made from our workshop in Sydney. Every piece is made to order and will take between 3-4 weeks to complete. In certain circumstances, or if you require your order urgently, please let us know, as we always strive to accommodate and prioritise orders.

Bert Jewellery pieces are all custom-made and cannot be exchanged or returned for change of mind. 

We can, however, work with you closely in person or via email to show you selections of gemstones, diamonds, or photographs and video clips of stones and/or similar pieces you are interested in to help assist with your purchase.
